As one of the world's major silo manufacturers, we engineer and manufacture different types of silos for all different industries, in a large variety of sizes and materials. We have separate workshops to produce both aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel silos. Ellimetal produces all types from standard silos to silo farms and from blending silos to special designs such as boxed silos. All these types can be built in our workshop or assembled on site worldwide by our experienced site teams. With over 55 years of experience, we have the know-how to make your silo project a succes!
Over the years, Ellimetal has developed a range of standard silos. These silos are completely fabricated in our workshop in Oudsbergen and come in a variety of diameters and heights with a great choice of accessories.
Ellimetal is specialized in the engineering, manufacturing and installation of complete silo farms. These groups of silos are used by our logistics and petrochemical clients who require very large storage volumes.
Due to fluctuations in the production process of polymers, there can be differences between the different batches. To solve this problem, blending silos are used to blend different batches to obtain a consistent, high-quality product, just by using gravity.
For silos that cannot be transported in one piece, Ellimetal has the possibilities to assemble your silo worldwide on-site through our experienced site-teams
We have the knowledge to engineer and manufacture all your silos that require a special design. Going from load cell supported silos, explosion protection, sandwich roofs, boxed silos, degassing silos, to digesters and sludge silos.
Product testing
With our own test lab, we have all the tools to test your bulk product into detail. We can not only measure the bulk density of your product, we are also able to identify all important flow properties with our ring shear tester.
