The link below will take you to our 'Whistleblowing Channel', which was developed in implementation of the Act of 28/11/2022 on the protection of reporters of breaches of Union or national law established within a legal entity in the private sector (the "Whistleblowers Act").
This procedure applies to any person who, in a professional context, has a genuine concern regarding a (suspected) breach that is covered under the material scope of the Whistleblowers Act, and who wishes to report it.
